I'm all about democracy, so here's a chance to participate with me!

I put up a new header this morning with mixed results... I'm using the pen and ink and scribbles because it says WRITER to me, but apparently some people think the one I have up right now is a little too FRANK MILLER / SIN CITY / Friday the 13th. I'm open to change, so here are some additional mock-ups for your consideration.

Oooh, I like the third and fourth ones. Between the two, I like the one with the blue lines the best. To me, the typewriter look says, "writer."

Nate-

I'm gonna have to stray from the pack on this one, I like the stark contrast of number 2 the best.

It says a lot about you, it's minimalist in the sense that it's just that out there, but shows the love of graphic novels in the style and kerning of the font. I'm not a big fan of the scribblies. :)

They're all good though, I just think the typewriter thing is overdone.

Hey John,

Thanks. I actually sort of like the second one, too. I like them all, though. I'd probably just do a random/alternating header except that I'm using weebly (which is a WISIWYG editor) and I can't edit to CSS to allow for that... maybe one day.

Chris, I used Photoshop.

Also, decided to add a coffee stain today.
